Take an oath between breaths: I shall reach Shanti and Dhyan

And then feel: Asha that you are healthy and at peace, everything around you is in Aanand and you are full of Vishvas that something amazing will happen.

There are two ways to look at the breath:

  • Either look at the abdomen

  • Or look at the nostril

  • Biggest creation a person can create is the self

  • Human body is not your enemy nor your friend. In fact it is your temple.

  • Immersion of old Cyst (Granthi (ग्रन्थि)) and do not create a new Cyst. Self isolation and let the body do what it wants

  • If grown properly, an old person should be more beautiful than young

  • Only creative people can be called religious, not any other type of person

  • Have as little as possible meals, because laziness is an impurity. Food should not excite you as they may create a cyst. Also the food should not make you weak and intoxicating

  • For thought purification focus on Satyam, Shivam and Sundaram. Impure thoughts originate in Yash, Dhan and Kaam

  • Mahavir,  Buddha and Christ set the foundation stone for Peace

  • When one deserving lovable person is born, lakhs of people are inspired to Love

  • There is nothing more beautiful than the tears of joy on this planet

  • Science is knowledge of material and Dharma is knowledge of Chetna and energy behind it. Science and Dharma is not opposing concepts but they are complimentary

  • Rich seek peace, And the poor struggle to survive!

  • Dharma-Nirpeksha is wrong term, it should be Sampradaye-Nirpeksha

  • Attain Financial Independence before walking towards Spirituality

  • When you start paying attention to yourself, there will be two entities within you, one who does the job, and one who just observes the job.

  • Normal person only thinks, Sadhak thinks and Observes and Siddha person only Sees, Thinking disappears. Vivek is someone who looks at the Thoughts.

  • Ego is not your energy, it is your position. It is never born but many things are born because of it. It is behind all your work.

Other Learnings

  • Concept of Love and how that is different than the marketed definition of Love.

Stories

  • Buddha was asked “As you said that everyone can achieve Moksha, Why does everyone not achieve it?”

  • Buddha and Angulimal

  • Confucius didn’t meet the thinker who thinks thrice before any act. Because thinking once is less and thrice is too much. One must think twice

  • Hazrat Ali was asked if we are free from our past Karam? He asked the person to raise a leg. And when he did so, Ali asked the person to raise another leg. We are tied to the past in the same fashion. So the position of Moksha is when both our legs can be raised and a position when we can’t raise any leg, we call that as Hell.
